  28. Some settings are maintained in RAM as well as in the preferences file.  It is possible for these two copies to be unequal, for instance if you delete the preferences file.  In such a case, the control panel will now warn you that any changes will not take effect until you restart the Mac.

  68. Fixed a conflict with MasterJuggler.  The ‚ÄúEnable color and grays‚Äù option caused subsidiary dialogs of the MasterJuggler dialog to appear partly offscreen.  Now I am more careful to make  ‚ÄúEnable color and grays‚Äù  affect only the main Open/Save dialog.

  70. If you hold the option key when selecting ‚ÄúNew preference set...‚Äù you will now be able to select any  file, rather than only applications and desk accessories.  This is rarely needed, but could be used to create a custom setting for MasterJuggler.
